Email and phone

We use email and phone as part of our daily operations. Relevant information from calls and emails related to customer service is logged in our CRM system. Web statistics

Fastcharge collects anonymized information about visitors to Fastcharge.no to produce statistics that help us improve our website. Examples include number of visitors, visit duration, referral sites, and browser usage.

Data is processed in anonymized and aggregated form, meaning it cannot be traced back to individual users. We collect full IP addresses, but anonymize them so only the first three groups are used for statistics. Aggregated IP data is combined into groups, not processed individually. Some pseudonymized data may be processed individually but is automatically deleted after 14 months.

We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
